Script Requests
1.)
Ok so I need a script that only shows the continue command if there's a save file
so continue doesn't appear if there's no save file.
2.) Well this one might be harder. So I need a script that makes certain items only usable by a certain actor
So an example:
if actor 1 try's to use a bomb it won't work if will give the error sound
but, if actor 3 uses a bomb it will work
I kind want the set-up like this:
actor_id = [item_id's]

1) That script has already been made.
Try checking Google or rpgmakervx.net for it.
2) You have that option already, I believe.
I'd show you but I don't have RPG Maker VX on this computer, so I won't remember exactly how to do it. Sorry.
Why not search for a few tutorials about the program itself and see if you find one to do with what you're looking for?

The second one isn't an option in the item set-up

For the second option, you might have to do it via Conditional Branch.

I did this for someone's game. But for classes instead of actors. And it was the item used on them
The thing is actor's don't use items. The party has a collective inventory and the party uses items. I guess I could do this if they were only-in-battle items, and then check which actor's turn it is...
