Blacksmith Event Empty Blacksmith Event

A blacksmith event that I did on request of someone. I actually had been planning to make one for my game War for Eternia but that game's data corrupted ages ago so I wasn't willing on working on it from scratch again. Anyways, the Armor Upgrade System has not yet been implanted but I soon will once I get some free time from school work >.>
