Destroy... by necroposting? It's not gonna do much damage other than people thinking "Meh, that guy doesn't read the rules". And why are taking RMVX down? I'm pretty sure it won't help our community grow. Instead, they'll think "Those assholes from OmegaDev".

Omegas is right. Do you guys want our site to be like Olympian Forums? (no offense)

You have to take measure of what we should post and do here, because it's the basis of whether we want an active member to join us or someone from vx.net.

Also, we don't want to fully corrupt our site just like Olympians because of our advertising on other sites like vx.net. That's just crazy and it'll bring our reputation down. A good example of this would be Elfosong, leaving vx.net and then posting a farewell topic, too. I think, that it is lame to leave vx.net to go to another site, unless you're really leaving because you have some important business in RL. Moreover, someone said Elfosong will be going to OmegaDev in a post, which just made it worse for us. I don't want to end up like Olympian Forums. We should stand up on our own.

If we really want to get some quality members, we should start honing ourselves to be one.

Let's start by not posting any post with only one sentence, and avoid only saying redundant words like nice, awesome, and fail.

By doing this, we can improve our writing skills, plus we get to be more professional, thus making our forums better so that other people would want to join us.

If you want to be a mod, you should be a good example for others too. And you're a writer, right? You should be open-minded to what others have to say, listen to it, and then act with a passion of writing. Criticize not for the bad, but criticize for the better of the person and yourself.

I just presented a good example on how to advertise our site, the 'not so good' way.

What I meant is something different. We should start acting cautiously if we want to improve the forums.
