Sound With Balloon

This script allows the user to have a sound effect of their choice when a balloon is shown above the character.

Instructions:

- * Use the following event commands:
Sprite_Character.change_SE('Stare')
This will change the sound to Stare.
Sprite_Character.change_volume(25)
This will change the volume to 25.
Sprite_Character.change_SE_pitch(150)
This will change the pitch to 150.

Well I wanted it for my game, realised it wasn't a feature and thought I'd nice-up the code and release it for other people. ^_^
