This site is dieing

This site is going down.. You guys fight nonstop, it's a flame war. Fix it, or you guys are gonna be screwed.

WRONG! Listen bub, I dont really care what you think... I was there when Olympian happened... I was one of the most active, highest, and friendlyies posters that there ever was! There, everyone knew what was going to happen... Hyde left first, the only admin... he screwed us due to the fact we couldnt make anything new... then, everyone statred to leave... slowly at first, but then it got worse and worse... Until everyone had a choice, go to the side forum there or leave... a few of us * me * decided to go there and try to cause a rebirth of Olympian... It failed, now its al gone... all of my friends and everything! Yes, this site does fight occasionally, yes. there have been some questionable things... But THIS HAPPENES on a forum site! Its kinda like marrige... its not all perfect, so Dont ever say this site is dying... we have dedicated members and a caring staff... things that Olympian lost...

That doesn't mean that it will happen here too, you guys always have a fight going on, don't preach to me, I don't want to hear it.

@Dawning: You know I suddenly left Olympian early? I was quite busy that time, I didn't see what happened there. Hyde came back? Oooh, I'd like to hear the story someday @__@

Read Dawnings post more clearly It's not like ever marriage is gonna last 70 years.

Plus Marriages have x60 more problems than your everyday average forum

Edit: and if we do Flame. Then it's NOT dying. Marriages can cost a huge loss. Flames can just cause Worthless posts and 1 day period anger.

Olympian died cuz of the mods... Lmao. I've never been they're cause I didn't even know it existed. But from everything I hear the mods must a been a couple of asses

This site is still quite young and is going through "Growing Pains" so-to-speak. Everyone is not going to agree with everyone all the time. That's just how people are. I see things being working out as I type this message in the form of the Peace Activity Thread.

So...anyways...hold your head up, the end of the storm is nigh.

Thats fine... I'll tell you now! To help tell everyone that our site will never fall to the crap that Olympian did!

Well, it stated it as mostly a break... Hyde had been coming more or less for a while, though he statred coming less and less and between longer periods of time... everyone just assumed that he was on A vacation... * we were all very active there and were all working hard * well, it went this way for about three weeks... THats when IC announced that she was having worries about Hyde
He was not responding to any posts and PM's alike! people still continued to visit, most of us just to see if hyde came back yet... 2 weeks... we waited, he never came back... we started to despair, several topics were opened in fear of what to do if hyde left, it was only thanks to me and IC that the place stayed open as long as it did!
Hyde never did come back, he screwed us all... and for that I will alwyas hate him! I know it sounds harsh, but we were such a good family there, we were as big or bigger than here and we were all happy! no one argued, flammed, trolled, spammed or aynthing... Sigh...
Anyways... back to the story! That when people started to leave... a few at first, no one important... then it started to get worse! Shadonn... one of our closest site freinds announced his leave... thans when we had the choice, follow him ro open another site!
Being so avid in Olympian we I joined the other site... we were but a fragment by them... people started to loose interest, nobody cam there anymore until it was just me, IC and Un4mili4r... we tried to make it work, but in the end it failed... Like all of olympian

I tell this not because I want to bore you... I tell you this because I know a dying Forum, I lived through it! This site is far from Over... It still has many months if not years of life left! so, dont go making threads like this... thats what started the downfall of Olympian... I never want to see that again!

If Omegas left everyone would probably shit themselves and get worried

Yes... exactally what happened in Olympian...

This site as I stated is fine... Its people who post things like this that cause its downfall

Thats why I came here, I was sad and quite frankly pissed at Olympian for what had happened, I wouldnt have joined here if I thought it was a sinking ship.
