Customisable and Random Battlestarts

Creates the option of random BattleStarts from a list, or, if a switch is on, a determined BattleStart, for bosses, say.

Instructions:
- Spoiler:
- * Import the battlestarts to your System folder.
* Add the filesnames to the list. Don't forget commas!
* Set the Switch and Variable IDs
* If the controlled_switch is on, then any battle start will use the filename that the
variable is set to. Any BattleStart used this way doesn't have to be in
the random list.
* If the random_seitch is on, a random from the list shall be used.
* If they're both off, the default settings will be used.
* Use the following event command:
$game_variables[IMP1_CRBVariable_ID] = "Battle Start Filename"
This will make 'Battle Start Filename' be used if the switch is on.
* Enjoy

There's a 404 error on the script but I know why. Although I don't know how it's happening.
Something in OmegaDev seems to be decapitalising the s in RMVXScripts. The S directly after RMVX should be CAPITAL. So you can manually do this in the URL bar to get the script.

Yes I see you can't use a capital s in the word Script or Scripts

Hmm... It seems when I edit it it still doesn't change anything. Maybe Omegas will be able to fix it later.
