Simple Battle Icons

This makes icons for Attack, Skills, Items and Guard in the Battle Window. They can be fixed icons, or the Attack icon can be determined by the current equiped weapon's icon, same with the Guard and the actor's shield. And Skills icons can be unique to each class. The Fight icon can now be determined by the enemy you are fighting.

Very nice. Specially the skill icon being different for each class.

Well, I thought since each class can have a different skill name, they should have a different skill icon...

Updated to 2.0

Fight and Flee icons included. Fight icon can be determined by the enemy you're facing.
I thought that could be cool. A li'l slime icon if you're fighting slimes etc.

Fixed a bug that would cause an error if Dynamic was used but no weapon/armour was equipped and a couple of other little bugs.
