Simple Menu System Request

Well I'm gonna be really detailed with this, because I really need it. Well first off, you open the menu and you see a background image that you can import and place it in the Pictures or Systems folder so you can have it as a background for the menu. Then theres 3 tabs including: Character, System , and Shutdown. Now here is what's gonna happen in these 3 tabs :

System:
Shutdown: Err... It end's the current game :O
