Congratulations, OmegaDev!

Hello people! I'm glad to announce that, thanks to the weird, but awesome bump in activity in OmegaDev, Forumotion (our host) is offering the forums a free domain name.
This is quite interesting, I knew about that fact, but didn't expect it to happen this early.

Anyway, there are four domains we can choose:
.com .net .org .biz
However, OmegaDev is unavailable for .com .net and .org, and the only one left is .biz

Now, I myself have nothing against OmegaDev.biz, but I'd like to hear your opinion, because it was actually all thanks to you. We can change the name of the link, yes.

And keep the posting, that is what keeps this site alive

I can't guarantee this will work however, this is a free service so I don't know what might happen...

If you are curious: Activity points are calculated by the posting & registering rate of OmegaDev. Activity points can decrease if there is low activity.

I would either say .com or .net. Those are (imo) the two most famous, and most people prefer .com or .net.

I agree, but unfortunately Omegadev.com and Omegadev.net are taken. I like .org a lot too, but it is also taken D:
We could change the name Omegadev but it would be very hard to find something suiting...

Hmph. Omegadev.com is being parked, and .biz is really only for businesses, I'm pretty sure OmegaDev isn't a business. Dunno.

Hmmm... How about OmegaDev.biz? It actually doesn't sound that bad.

Man, I wish that we could use OmegaDev . com or . net Oh well .biz kinda sounds like... well... kinda good? If only .biz is left then I'd say we should take it. Because we had been OmegaDev from the start and in my opinion, we shouldn't change OmegaDev to OmegaDevelopment or something (No offense to anyone).

I'm cool with .biz.
It sounds rare and unique.

I don't think .biz quite fits, but considering the circumstances, is there another choice if we choose not to rename the community?

Maybe we should choose .biz. Better than nothing, right? It's cool that we get a new domain just for being active. xD

Hey, if this is such a big debate, because personally I would like .com or .net. We should just keep the old name. That way, no need to change the name of the website on all of our favorites lists. We also have to change all of our sigs! ALL of our sigs! because they have something consisting to this site I'm sure.

Well, I want .net, because that's what all the forums are my vote is towards...

1. OmegaDevForums.net
2. OmegaDevForum.net

Personally, I like option 1.

But it would just transfer everyone to the new site.
