Card Game Mechanic Ideas

I'm trying to make a CCG/TCG game/script but right now I don't have ANY idea for the mechanics. Can you help me out?

Omegas is already working on a similar script. You can ask him for help.

Well, the mechanics are quite similar to Yu-Gi-Oh, except that my cards have HP.
Still work in progress, I will try to finish it soon (but will take me a while, I'm still polishing the main logic stuff).

What is interesting about this system is that special effects are very customizable (user-made effects!), so you can do lots of things, but we'll see.

Can you make one similar to War Storm as well?

That's looks nice, omega! I'm not familiar with the mechanics of Warstorm because our SLOW pc combined with a SLOW connection can't even handle the avatar selection screen... T_T

pokemon, urban rivals? hmmmm...

I have not really tried Warstom much yet, but I guess you can simulate something a bit similar to it...

so.... right now i'm playing digimon card battle on an emulator, and i think i'll use its mechanics but i'll add other things in it, maybe like monster rancher card battle mechanics.
