Hey everyone, I have seen in many games I play now that people are able to use leaves like they would rain or snow... how do you do that?

In a little more detail, it's this script:
$game_map.screen.weather(type, power, duration)
like this example:
$game_map.screen.weather(9, 5, 2)
which would make the weather become leaves falling, at power 5 for 2 duration.
